In this part-time working student position in Hamburg, you will be part of an international team that takes care of internal and external communication worldwide. We work closely with our marketing & business colleagues across Europe, America and Asia. As a Marketing Communications student in our team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing and thought leadership initiatives within the Business Line “Secure Connected Edge”. In addition, you will gain insights into other fields of B2B communication, including social media, video creation, virtual trainings, internal communication, and event management.

Working closely with the marketing communication managers and the business marketing team, you can actively contribute your ideas and shape the way things are done. If you are someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and wants to make an impact, we would love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our global Marketing and Product Management team in order to coordinate marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Help to prepare blog articles, website content, leaflets, whitepapers, imagery, newsletters, and more
  • Help to plan and execute global product launches together with the Marketing and Product Management team
  • Coordinate projects with external agencies (mainly creative and media agencies)
  • Support the marketing communication team in everyday business tasks, such as web-related activities (e.g. update webpages, prepare web reports, etc.), market analysis, and content maintenance.
  • Opportunity to work on your own projects and take responsibility

Your Profile:

  • Ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration with Communication focus or a similar field
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • First professional experience with B2B communication and/or B2B marketing is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Open, communicative team player who enjoys working in a global and multi-cultural environment 
  • Hands-on and proactive attitude, willing to take responsibility and drive projects independently
  • Structured and detail-oriented work style
  • Eager to learn about technology-related topics
  • Availability at least/around 18 hours per week
