THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Working Student Employer Branding (all genders), you will become part of a dedicated People team focused on building Avelios' employer brand and helping attract top talent - from students and graduates to experienced professionals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Employer Branding Strategy & Channels: You'll support the development and ongoing refinement of our employer branding strategy, including managing and optimizing our presence on key channels such as our careers page, LinkedIn, and Kununu to ensure our content stays current, consistent, and compelling.
  • Event & Career Fair Management: From university workshops to career fairs, you'll help plan and execute recruiting events that grow Avelios' visibility among our target talent groups, including researching, selecting, and coordinating all event and trade show materials.
  • Content Creation & Design: You'll create and prepare content across events, campaigns, and our employer branding channels, ranging from presentations and social media assets to printed materials, bringing your creative eye and confident use of tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.
  • Cross-functional Support: Beyond your core responsibilities, you'll pitch in on ad hoc projects and initiatives across the People team wherever your support is needed, contributing your creativity and attention to detail to a wide range of tasks.

Your Qualifications

  • Enrolled student at a top-tier university, preferably in Business, (Business) Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field
  • Initial relevant experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, or event management is a strong advantage; startup or scaleup experience is a plus
  • A creative eye paired with strong attention to detail and a structured, precise way of working
  • Confident working with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or comparable design/presentation software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
