The Role

Join our dynamic SaaS sales team as a Working Student, where you’ll gain practical experience and valuable insights into lead generation and sales strategies. This role provides the foundation to grow into a Sales Development Representative position after graduation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively support lead generation and prospect qualification, working closely with our SDRs in their outreach efforts.
  • Use Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential customers.
  • Assist with account mapping by analysing target industries and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategy, conducting SWOT analyses and researching customer pain points.
  • Contribute to SDR team meetings and sales pipeline discussions. Support us in evaluating lead conversion rates and crafting outreach messages.
  • Support the creation of presentations and sales materials for internal and customer use.

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN selling) would be a strong plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Excel for Data analysis, reporting, and lead tracking; PowerPoint for creating sales presentations; Word for drafting proposals and internal documentation.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and negotiation skills; a creative and proactive problem-solver.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
  • Availability: 15-20 hours/week.
