We are Yalwa, a successful internet company founded in 2006 by Dr. Klaus Gapp and based in Wiesbaden, Germany. His vision was to create a scalable company that is dynamic, collaborative, and capable of making a positive impact. Fast forward to today, where we have two web applications live in more than 50 countries that help bring people together. These applications are Locanto, the classifieds site that makes buying or selling fun locally and #Dating, an online dating space to meet like-minded people. Our two platforms are unified in a single goal: to connect people with their community.
