SALT AND PEPPER develops advanced technology and software solutions and provides value-added consulting services in the context of industrial 4.0. The company operates throughout Germany in three areas of competence: The Technology Consulting Division delivers engineering services to companies, on and off site, and acts as a comprehensive development partner in order to reinforce its clients’ innovative capacity. In the Management Consulting Division SALT AND PEPPER optimises processes and systems based on proven methods in a joint, solution-oriented approach and thus increases the value creation of its industrial customers. The Software Solutions Division of the company uses its own Skills Centre to develop individual software solutions together with its own products. SALT AND PEPPER is serving seven sunrise industries including the automotive sector, mechanical plant engineering, the energy sector and the aerospace industry. SALT AND PEPPER has more than 600 employees.
