Company Description
Aspire Digital Design Agency is a Berlin-based digital agency helping small and medium-sized service businesses across the DACH region grow online. We build conversion-focused websites, implement local SEO, reputation management and deploy CRM and automation solutions - so business owners can focus on their customers while we handle the tech.
Role Description
We're looking for a working student or part-time Business Development Associate to join us on the ground in Berlin. You'll work directly alongside the agency founder - meeting local businesses, presenting our services, and helping turn conversations into lasting client relationships. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who wants real business experience. You will help to amplify Aspire Digital’s reach and support small businesses in achieving their digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Join the agency founder in conversations with local businesses - understanding what they need and showing how we can help.
- Present proposals to clients, handle their questions, and see every interaction through to a clear next step.
- Be the person clients reach first - confident enough to answer, smart enough to know when to escalate.
- Collaborate on content and growth strategy - finding new ways to put Aspire in front of the right people.
- Bring your own observations and ideas - if you spot an opportunity or a better way to approach something, we want to hear it.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fluent in German and English (German fluency is required).
- You strike up conversations effortlessly with people you've never met, in rooms you've never been in.
- Curious about how digital tools, marketing, and small businesses actually work.
- You don't wait to be told what to do next - you take ownership and follow through.
- Comfortable working independently and representing the agency in face-to-face settings.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work on-site in Berlin
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed above.
What's In It For You:
- Earn over €25 per hour on a flexible 16-hour weekly commitment. And while your peers are studying business, you'll be doing it. Learn from real conversations with real decision-makers from day one.
