Your Responsibilities

  • Clean up and standardize the appearance of all kinds of existing HR document templates across C&A Europe
  • Create new templates that can be embedded in the HR system for HR document generation
  • Test the proper functioning of the reworked document templates and document management software solutions
  • Support in the preparation of document templates
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to align on template requirements and ensure successful implementation

What You Bring

  • Enrolled in Business Administration, Management, HR or similar
  • Good business English skills, German and French are a plus
  • Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a plus
  • IT affinity and understanding of modern web-based/cloud solutions
  • Ability to work independently with guidance
