- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO 27001
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessbeschreibungen zur Informationssicherheit
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von internen Audits und Assessments im ISMS-Kontext
- Mitarbeit bei Risiko- und Maßnahmenübersichten (z. B. Pflege von Übersichten, Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmenstatus, Erstellung einfacher Auswertungen)
- Unterstützung bei Awareness- und Schulungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Infomaterial, Intranet-Beiträgen)
- Recherche zu technischen und organisatorischen Security-Themen (Best Practices, aktuelle Bedrohungen, neue Anforderungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Sicherheitsvorfällen und Lessons Learned
- allgemeine Unterstützung des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragte*n / IT-Security-Teams im Tagesgeschäft
- laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheit oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
- Grundkenntnisse in Informationssicherheit / IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise erste Berührung mit ISMS (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI, NIST)
- technisches Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen (Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme, Anwendungen) von Vorteil
- sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Dokumentation und Organisation
- gute analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- eigenständiges Arbeiten sowie zuverlässige Kommunikation im Team
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
