The Team
As part of the Operations team, you will support our Senior Director Operations across a wide range of business-critical topics. Gaining a broad exposure to operational management, internal initiatives, strategic projects and hands-on experience in how a dynamic, international organization operates - also across multiple offices and countries.
How you will contribute
As a working student (m/f/d), you will be part of the Operations team in Munich for 6-12 months, gaining exposure to:
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities (e.g., HR, Marketing, Office Management)
- Contribute to the rollout and implementation of regional and global strategic projects
- Help adapt and implement firm-wide processes at a local office level
- Support internal reporting, including headcount tracking and operational metrics
- Assist in preparing materials for management meetings and internal communications
- Contribute to office culture, team-building, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support Diversity & Inclusion and ESG-related activities and projects
- Assist with office-related planning topics, including workspace and real estate analysis
- Provide general operational and organizational support to the Senior Director Operations across a wide range of initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, or related field)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in operations, business management, and organizational development
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative proactive working style, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MSOffice, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
