Department Description & Job Purpose

As a part of Allianz Consulting, the practices areas "Germany Consulting" and “Sales & Distribution” focus to provide dedicated support especially for Germany-based & sales-oriented Allianz operating entities in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. Additionally, our divers AZ Consulting team actively drives a broad range of global Allianz initiatives across various sectors. As a working student, you will support one or several of our client's projects, together with other consultants. Further, you will be supporting Allianz Consulting internal tasks to drive its organizational processes & focus topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager/ Project Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem solving, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant responsibilities
• Provide consulting support to existing clients (e.g. Allianz Germany, Allianz SE) and gain access to an unparalleled range of opportunities
• Present the result of your work to Partners and clients
• General contribution to our service offerings at Allianz Consulting
  
  

Key Requirements

• Enrollment in a German University and student status throughout the duration of the contract.
• University degree (at least Bachelor, e.g., International Business or Economics, or equivalent consulting-compatible degrees)
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• Excellent results in previous education
• Operational business and/ or consultancy experience is desirable (internship or employment as working student)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and outside-the-box thinking
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
• Curiosity and keen on learning
• Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
• You can start in July, are able to work up to 20h/week and are interested in a student position for at least 6 months, extension possible
