The "Digital Ecosystem" department, in collaboration with the "IT Productivity" Service Offering Community, is committed to enhancing the productivity and professionalism of IT organizations and empowering IT leaders to make informed decisions and achieve desired outcomes. Our mission involves:
- Integrating business needs with appropriate IT expertise and solution development.
- Ensuring seamless integration of IT platforms/tools, data, processes, and organizational structures.
- Providing IT solutions focused on productivity that accelerate business and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Offering comprehensive support from platform selection, design, and testing to release and rollout.
- Managing IT portfolios, programs, and projects with an emphasis on impact, including Project Management Office (PMO) as a Service.
- Exercising decision-oriented control over IT change and operational finances, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Designing sustainable and cost-effective IT operating models based on business cases, establishing efficient organizational frameworks, considering shoring strategies, and delivering ready-to-use works council artifacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate consulting and project needs into AI‑enabled artefacts, such as structured data models, simple workflows, prompts, agents, and lightweight apps
- Prepare and structure data to support AI use cases, including basic analysis, transformation, and documentation
- Build, test, and iterate AI prototypes and tools under guidance, using existing platforms and standards
- Support the integration of AI solutions into consulting and project delivery workflows (e.g. planning, reporting, knowledge management)
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to experiment with AI use cases and improve delivery efficiency
- Document artefacts, designs, and learnings to enable reuse and knowledge transfer within the team
- Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions).
- Student status throughout the duration of the contract for working student roles.
- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
- Solid foundation in data analysis, transformation, and visualization using Python and SQL.
- Basic understanding of implementing AI‑enabled solutions, including workflows, ML concepts, apps, or agents.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft Copilot, Visual Studio Code, and/or Anthropic’s Claude Code, as well as initial exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Hands‑on, delivery‑oriented mindset with curiosity, willingness to experiment, and resilience when solving problems. You can start in July/August and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
