How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Dive deep into month-end closings to analyze and assess the performance of our global regions.

Perform detailed variance analysis on project performance, workload, and headcount to tell the story behind the numbers.

Collaborate on the preparation of Monthly Flash Comments and Operation Review documents for senior leadership.

Contribute to the Financial Planning and Budget process (Targets & Forecasts), focusing on project efficiency.

Support the automation of reporting to the Head Office using the IRIS consolidation tool.

Help design and implement the next generation of financial reporting tools using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Are you a match?

Currently pursuing or completed studies in Economics or Finance with a keen interest in Controlling and IT systems.

Previous internship or initial experience in controlling within an international or industrial setting is a plus.

A curious mind with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage diverse tasks.

Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills for interacting with global colleagues.

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or programming (e.g., JavaScript) is highly valued.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an advantage.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
