Objective

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in an international environment while contributing to meaningful projects?Then join Nemak's Finance team. We support business decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement. As part of our team, you will contribute to finance transformation initiatives and help us drive efficiency through automation and data-driven insights.


Main Responsibilities

Finance process improvement: You will support the continuous improvement of finance processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing optimization opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of process enhancements.

Month-end closing support: You will assist the Finance team during month-end closing activities, including preparing reports, validating financial data, and supporting reconciliation activities.

Reporting and analytics: You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide management with actionable financial insights and performance tracking. In addition, you will prepare ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Digitalization and automation: You will support automation and digitalization initiatives within the Finance function to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and process transparency.

Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with different functions and stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure alignment of financial reporting and business needs.

Position Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • You ideally gained first practical experience through internships or working student positions
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are familiar with data analysis and experience with Power Query and Power BI are highly desirable
  • You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with data and digital tools
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken and German language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory
  • You work independently, are well structured, and enjoy contributing your own ideas and solutions
