About the Role
At AI Phase, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team and work hands-on on ambitious AI projects for large enterprise customers.
You’ll work directly with our AI team and our customers to design and build production-ready Agentic AI systems from architecture and prototypes to implementation and deployment.
This is not a role where you’ll just observe or work on isolated student tasks. You’ll contribute directly to real customer projects, take ownership of technical components, and see the systems you build being used in practice.
What you will work on
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Build agent workflows using LangChain / LangGraph and more
- Implement tool calling, RAG and enterprise AI integrations
- Connect AI applications with existing enterprise systems and data sources
- Develop, test and improve components intended for production use
- Collaborate closely with the AI Phase team and our client
What we are looking for
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
- Understanding of AI agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling and RAG
- Experience with Langfuse is a plus
- Interest in building robust AI systems beyond prototypes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
This role is particularly suitable for Master’s students or advanced Bachelor’s students in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related fields. Your ability to actually build things and your enthusiasm for Agentic AI matter more to us than your specific degree program.
