Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy control algorithms on real robots
- Build demos on top of our existing control algorithms to show what the system can do
- Design and run experiments to test and validate control approaches, in SiL/HiL simulation and on real robots
- Turn data from real-robot trials into clear findings that shape what gets shipped next
- Grow the test coverage and technical notes that keep a fast-moving control framework reliable
Essential Skills
- Strong command of C++, including the ability to read and confidently modify an existing, non-trivial codebase; working proficiency in Python
- A genuine interest in robotics and control systems, with the motivation to develop deep expertise
- A rigorous instinct for testing and for documenting technical work well
- The ability to take open-ended problems, give them structure, and communicate results clearly
- Comfortable with Git and working in a collaborative development environment
- Availability to work fully on-site — the role involves hands-on work with physical robots
