adesso ventures ist ein Venture Capital Fund mit Sitz in Berlin. Wir fokussieren uns auf Pre-Seed und Seed Investments in Europa und suchen die ambitioniertesten Software Enterprise GründerInnen. Du bist fester Bestandteil des Investmentteams bei adesso ventures, erhältst Einblicke in den kompletten Investmentprozess und baust dein Netzwerk im Startup Ökosystem in Europa auf. Du lernst Business Modelle, Märkte und Trends zu analysieren und triffst auf die spannendsten Startups und GründerInnen.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständiges Sourcing von neuen Startups
- Teilnahme an und eigenständige Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit GründerInnen
- Inhaltliche Unterstützung bei Due Diligence Aufgaben, wie bspw. Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen, finanziellen Analysen etc.
- Vertretung von adesso ventures auf Startup Konferenzen und Events sowie Networking mit Gründern und Investoren
Qualifikation
Fortgeschrittenes wirtschaftliches, IT-technisches oder vergleichbares Studium
Erste Erfahrungen im Venture Capital, Beratungs-, Investment Banking oder Startup-Umfeld
Hohes Interesse an der Startup-Szene, sowie ein generelles Verständnis der Funktionsweise von Venture Capital Funds
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
Teamfähigkeit, hohe Motivation sowie Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Vollzeit (mind. 4-monatiges Praktikum)
ab Anfang September
