Job Description
This position is offered as either a voluntary or mandatory internship for 6 months.
- Responsibility for filling internship and working student positions
- Close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition as well as our departments and hiring managers
- Screening applications and organizing and coordinating interviews
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
- Taking ownership of your own projects and actively contributing ideas to our recruiting and HR work
- Student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, or already completed degree
- First experience in recruiting or in a dynamic work environment
- Interest in an open, relaxed, startup-like work environment
- Ability to conduct interviews in English
- Motivation to join our team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent
- First experience in active sourcing or HR

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
