Invisible Hand is a boutique artist and label management agency in Berlin, founded in 2019 and run as Invisible Hand GmbH by managing directors Claudio Piero Banti and Bastian Christ. It focuses on progressive electronic music and emerging cultural scenes, and works with both established and up-and-coming DJs, producers and record labels. The agency describes its approach as authentic, personal consultancy: building strategies and long-term visions together with each artist or label, and setting up the international partnerships behind them. Day to day that covers artist management and booking coordination, tour and event topics, release planning and release campaigns, press and PR, and content for the artists' own social channels. Its roster includes Marlon Hoffstadt, Ryan Elliott, THC and MALUGI. The team is small, with fewer than ten people, and works from an office at Eisenbahnstraße 4 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Working students and interns sit directly with the artist managers, which means short decision paths and hands-on work on real releases and campaigns from the start.
