Internship Recruiting Internship start: January 2026, Duration: 6 months

Tasks

You will support our team in day-to-day operations and strategic issues - and gain exciting insights into all talent acquisition processes for DLH AG:

• Gain practical experience in the development and implementation of strategic recruiting initiatives that support effective talent acquisition
• Support recruiting managers throughout the entire recruitment process, including creating and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, communicating with candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews and processing hiring requests
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and executing recruitment-related events
• Help ensure candidates’ Day 1 readiness by reviewing required documentation and verifying necessary authorizations
• Support the analysis and interpretation of recruiting and marketing KPIs to identify trends and optimize recruitment activities
• Participating in HR Marketing and Employer Branding initiatives, including campaign planning

Requirements

To do an internship with us, you must be in at least the third semester of your Bachelor's degree. You should also meet the following requirements:

• You should be enrolled for the entire duration of your studies (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Preferably you are studying in the fields of business administration, economics or social sciences
• You have a talent for organization and support the team with your structured approach to all administrative tasks
• You are team-oriented, have good communication skills, enjoy HR topics and thrive when dealing with other people
• You are familiar with the common MS Office programs
• You have analytical skills and knowledge in dealing with data and know how to interpret it
