Working Student (m/f/d) R&D Hardware Solutions Development (Matlab / Python)

You will be part of our Hardware Initial Devices team within R&D, supporting the development and maintenance of internal measurement and engineering tools.

You will take ownership of defined tasks and contribute to efficient development processes and timely feature implementation.

Your Role

• Implement new features for internal team tools using Matlab and Python
• Develop and execute automated tests using standard Matlab and Python frameworks
• Maintain and improve existing tools, primarily based on Matlab and Python
• Work with and gradually improve legacy Matlab-based solutions
• Create and maintain YML files for pipelines
• Support technical documentation processes
  
  

What you bring

• Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field
• Initial programming experience, preferably in Matlab & Python
• Benficial: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in applied R&D environments
• Fluent in English
  
  

What we offer

The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
