TRISTONE is seeking for a Working Student Finance (Chinese Speaker).
General Profile
The Working Student supports the Finance and Controlling department, focusing on group reporting, financial analysis, and communication with international stakeholders. This role provides exposure to controlling, accounting, and group reporting processes in a global automotive environment.
Key tasks include supporting reporting activities, assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, and contributing to financial analysis and project work across the group.

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and presentations at group level
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as well as consolidation processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including data collection and analysis
- Contribute to financial analysis and controlling tasks, including variance analysis and cost monitoring
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and ad-hoc analyses for top management
- Support internal and external reporting requirements and audit processes
- Translate financial documents and reports between English and Chinese to support communication with international stakeholders
- Provide support in finance-related projects and cross-functional initiatives within the group
Profile requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good understanding of financial concepts and basic accounting knowledge
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Knowledge of SAP or financial reporting tools (e.g., BPC) is an advantage
- First practical experience (e.g., internships) in finance, controlling, or accounting is a plus
Language requirements
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Chinese (required for communication with Chinese stakeholders)
- German is a plus
