- Support in day-to-day operations related to e-invoicing
- Processing and responding to supplier inquiries regarding the e-invoicing process
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of electronic invoice formats (e.g. XRechnung, ZUGFeRD)
- Close collaboration with IT and other departments
- Supporting testing, documentation, and smaller project tasks
- Currently enrolled student, ideally in computer science, business informatics, finance, or accounting
- Interest in digital processes and commercial workflows
- Enjoyment of communication, with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- MS Office skills; initial experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Availability to work up to 18 hours per week
- Willingness to work on-site 2 days per week, with flexible working arrangements for the remaining time
