The Professorship for Economics of Innovation is looking for a new student assistant. The position will be for 8 hours per week and is anticipated to start in September 2026.

Your profile: Enrolled student, preferably in economics, management, data science, or a related field. You should have an interest in innovation economics, entrepreneurship, and empirical research, strong analytical skills and careful way of working, and very good English skills. German is a plus. Experience with R, Python, Stata, or similar tools is an advantage

Your tasks: (1) Support ongoing research projects of the professorship, (2) Assist with data collection, data cleaning, and literature reviews, (3) Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and teaching materials, (4) Provide general research and organizational assistance
