Marketing Intern (6-Month Placement)

Location: Neuss, Germany


Hybrid Working (2–3 Days Remote Per Week)

Contract: 6-Month Internship


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated student or recent graduate to join the marketing team of a global consumer health and beauty organisation behind some of the world's most recognised household brands.


This placement offers hands-on experience across Brand Management and Trade Marketing, providing exposure to both strategic and operational marketing activities within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.


The Opportunity


As a Marketing Intern, you will become a valued member of the marketing team from day one, supporting brand growth initiatives and gaining exposure to multiple areas of marketing, sales and commercial operations.

You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals and collaborate with teams across digital media, sales, medical, legal and external agency partners to help deliver successful campaigns and brand initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


• Support the day-to-day activities of the Brand Management and Trade Marketing teams

• Assist with the creation and management of marketing materials and digital assets

• Analyse campaign performance and marketing KPIs

• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity

• Conduct market research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research tools

• Support cross-functional projects involving sales, digital, medical and legal teams

• Assist with the coordination of external agencies and marketing partners

• Track market data and provide insights to support business decisions

• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product initiatives


About You


• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Sales or a related degree

• Alternatively undertaking a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies

• Available for a minimum of 5 months

• Previous exposure to FMCG, consumer healthcare, digital marketing, e-commerce or commercial environments would be advantageous

• Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data

• Creative mindset with a passion for brands and consumer marketing

• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn

• Fluent German and English language skills
