- Coordination and execution of the DocuSign process, ensuring efficient contract handling
- Maintenance and support in the further development of contract templates in coordination with the relevant departments
- Support in the legal assessment of business transactions, with a focus on practical and commercially viable solutions
- Participation in the optimization of internal legal processes and workflows
- Support for the Legal Department with ad hoc legal questions in day-to-day business
- Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable field of study
- Understanding of contract processes and document management
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Initial practical experience in a legal environment or contract management is an advantage
- You are a student
- You are available for approximately 16 - 18 hours per week and can support us for at least 12 months (longer is welcome)

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
