You'll make an impact by
- You support the global Partner Management team in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience with content management across various Siemens platforms and actively contributing to the smooth provision of learning materials
- Building on this, you assist in the creation and review of training documents and collaborate closely with both internal and external service providers to help deliver educational offerings
- Additionally, you help manage and update content for the SCE internet and intranet presence, working alongside internal partners and participating in website migrations
- Furthermore, you contribute to the planning, organization, and follow-up of events, gaining valuable insights into project management activities
- To round off your role, you support the preparation of WorldSkills Competitions by creating presentation materials, blog and social media posts, and visual impressions for documentation purposes
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Cloud Workspace tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with interest in educational partnerships or business development
- Practical experience in program management or content creation is an advantage
- Ways of Working: You are reliable, proactive, organized, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills and initiative
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
