- Help shape and implement processes, systems, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and full compliance - always tailored to the needs of e-commerce merchants.
- Contribute your ideas to enhance our customs SaaS application, collaborating with the Product team to keep us competitive.
This is what you need to succeed
- You are currently enrolled at a German university and based in Berlin, looking for a part-time role (20 hours per week) for at least 12 months.
- A background or initial experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus.
- You are curious about logistics processes and motivated to contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize them.
- You work in a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way, and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently.
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
