Working Student - Returns Management (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in Repair & Service Coordination, you will be a key part of our team to ensure smooth and efficient repair and service processes for our customers. Together with our world-class team, you will take an empowering role in supporting our operations and customer service.

You will work closely with Customer Support, Repair, and Fulfillment to coordinate repairs, system returns, and customer requests. By ensuring reliable processes and continuously improving our service quality, your mission will have a powerful impact at Quantum Systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Returns Management:  
  Assist the team to coordinate with the customers to return systems or subsystems for repair and maintenance. 

• Documentation

  Documentation and control of incoming and outgoing system configurations in existing configuration databases. 

• Repair Coordination:  
  Assist the team to coordinate between the customer and the repair team to communicate and monitor repair timelines. 

• Compensation Management: 

  Coordinate compensation shipments with the customer, Tier 1 support and the fulfilment team. 

• Ticket Management: 
  Handle and monitor repair tickets in Jira Service Management and provide structured documentation.

• Ongoing Learning and Product Knowledge: 
  Stay up to date on new components and products to ensure 

• Continuous Improvement: 
  Contribute to internal process enhancements that increase efficiency and service quality. 

• Customer Issue Resolution: 
  Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, drive resolution in coordination with internal teams.
