Working Student Procurement (m/f/d)

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting Activities

• Consolidate purchasing data such as quantities and prices
• Create summary reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint functions, including purchase material amounts and cost increases/decreases
• Visualize purchasing data effectively

Purchasing IT System Activities

• Create RFQ and modular questionnaire templates
• Support supplier onboarding and supplier management
• Upload components and BOMs into the IT system
• Collect and report CO₂ data

Contract Purchasing Support

• Prepare calculation sheets for price changes
• Prepare documents and upload part change notifications in Jira, including ICR creation

What We Are Looking For

• Currently studying Master in the field Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related
• Relevant experience in Purchasing / Planning
• Good knowledge of excel expertise incl. Pivot, Vlookup, Macro desirable
• AI and automation knowledge is an add on
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Desire to work on multicultural environment
• Desire to learn purchasing activities through data processing and analysis
