Your Team

Our Backend Engineers (Hybrid in Mannheim

• 3 days/week on-site) build the foundation of the osapiens HUB - the cloud platform powering all our SaaS products. The team develops engines for seamless monitoring, real-time data processing, centralized integration, automated workflows, and dynamic app development. Simply put: they build the core technologies that enable global companies to turn compliance into efficiency and sustainable growth.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Develop backend features using modern Java
• Follow industry best practices by writing automated tests and documentation for your code
• Own features end-to-end: from implementation and testing to supporting the roll-out with clear release notes
• Option to work on the frontend as well (React)
  
  

Your Experience

• Currently enrolled in a university program (computer science or related fields)
• Eagerness to grow with us long-term
• First experience in software development with object-oriented programming languages such as Java
• Preferably first experiences with backend development, ideally with Spring Boot
• Understanding of API Development and NoSQL databases are a plus
• Strong interest in building reliable, secure and scalable software
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take full ownership of your tasks
• High attention to detail and drive to deliver great work
