Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Nexperia

Nexperia is a world-class company in semiconductor development and in-house production. A proven global player with an entrepreneurial mentality. At our core is an 13,000+ strong international network with a singular focus. Built on passion and commitment to our work, belief in our goals and a drive to succeed regardless of the challenges we face. We support, reward and challenge individuals equally, in a dynamic and energetic environment.

As a Working Student – Global Marketing, you will support the Marketing & Strategy function within the Business Group Bipolar Discretes. You will work cross-functionally with Regional Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Demand Management, and other teams across Marketing & Strategy to improve how marketing data, reporting, processes, and commercial materials are managed globally.

You will help create reliable data and clear performance insights, standardize recurring reporting, and continuously improve marketing tools and collaterals. The role offers hands-on exposure to global B2B semiconductor marketing and the opportunity to contribute to a more data-driven and efficient way of working.

This is your new job:

  • Support Regional Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Demand Management, and other functions within Marketing & Strategy, Business Group Bipolar Discretes, with recurring business and marketing activities across regions.
  • Improve data preparation, structuring, consistency, and quality for recurring marketing processes, including commercial and quote-related data.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized marketing reports, dashboards, and management read-outs covering topics such as revenue, gross margin, market/customer activities, and design-in/design-win pipeline.
  • Help streamline recurring reporting processes to improve data accuracy, transparency, timeliness, and ease of use across the Marketing & Strategy organization.
  • Maintain, update, and continuously improve global marketing collaterals, presentations, selling materials, templates, and other go-to-market tools to ensure consistent content and look & feel across regions.
  • Support consolidation of regional inputs, customer and market information, demand-related data, and commercial insights into clear global views for decision-making.
  • Identify repetitive or inefficient marketing activities and propose opportunities for process standardization, automation, and the practical use of AI tools.
  • Support adoption and knowledge sharing of digital and AI-enabled ways of working within the Marketing & Strategy team.
  • Collaborate across Regional Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Management, and other Marketing & Strategy functions on selected global marketing projects.

This is you:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university program, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in turning data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Structured, reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style.
  • Comfortable working with data and motivated to improve processes rather than simply execute existing routines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot and enthusiasm for testing practical business applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and enjoyment of working in an international, cross-functional team environment.
  • Curious and willing to learn about global B2B marketing, customers, markets, and the semiconductor industry.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
