What you will do

We are the tesa® Product Marketing team focused on International Consumer and we develop products for consumers and tradespeople that make homes more functional and beautiful. From the initial idea and consumer insights through to the international product launch, we are involved throughout the entire development process. In doing so, we actively drive the development of the tesa® product portfolio - and you can be part of it.

• You’ll support us in exciting international product launch projects, such as developing launch strategies and concepts and coordinating project workflows.
• You’ll conduct sales, market, and competitive analyses and derive initial key learnings.
• You’ll support the execution and evaluation of market research.
• You’ll research products, trends, and consumer needs.
• You’ll take responsibility for subprojects, working closely with agencies, internal departments (Purchasing, Production, Research & Development, Controlling, Sales, etc.), and tesa’s European subsidiaries.
• You'll create presentations for internal stakeholders and organize project meetings, including preparation and follow-up.

What you will need

• You’re eager to launch innovative and consumer-relevant products for the tesa® brand and are enthusiastic about international product management and the associated marketing activities.
• You’re currently enrolled at a university or are taking a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s degree.
• Ideally, you’re studying Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Product Management, International Management or a related field.
• You are creative, enjoy contributing your own ideas, suggesting improvements and constructively challenging existing approaches.
• You have a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working and are willing to take ownership of your tasks and projects.
• You’re eager to learn, have a hands-on mindset and look for solutions even when things get complex.
• You have an analytical mindset and can make data-driven decisions.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have very good English skills; ideally, you speak German fluently.
• You are available starting in early 2027 for a period of six months.
