Join our eCommerce team to support A/B testing and personalization. You'll help bring tests to life — from setup to analysis — and learn how data-driven optimization improves the online customer experience. It's a hands-on role for someone curious about eCommerce, UX, and turning data into decisions.

What You'll Do

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

• Support the setup and QA of A/B tests across markets
• Help monitor live experiments and flag issues
• Assist with pulling and organizing test results and reporting
• Research and help generate ideas for new tests
• Support day-to-day experimentation tasks alongside the wider team

• Interest in eCommerce, UX, data and all things digital
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and drawing simple insights
• Proactive, curious, and happy to learn new tools
• Good command of English
• Nice to have: Familiarity with analytics or testing tools & Basic coding skills (HTML, JS, CSS)
