Working Student (f/m/d) - Procurement CI/FD

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in Procurement – Functional Development / Continuous Improvement, you will support our team in driving process improvements and digital initiatives across procurement.

You will contribute to the further development of a self-evaluation app for procurement colleagues using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. This includes supporting the design and testing of the next iteration of the application, including AI-supported features, while working within the company’s approved tools, governance requirements, and technical boundaries.

In addition, you will assist with related operational tasks such as documentation, data preparation, and content structuring.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support of digitalization, automation, and AI-driven continuous improvement initiatives within procurement
• Contribution to the development, testing, and enhancement of tool-based solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
• Preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, and management materials for decision-making and project communication
• Maintenance and structuring of project documentation, datasets, and working files to ensure usability and consistency
• Execution of recurring operational support tasks, including documentation updates, content transfers, and data preparation
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contribution to interdisciplinary topics in a hands-on and pragmatic manner
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently in a relevant Master’s degree programme (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, including accuracy in administrative, documentation, and data-related tasks
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and AI applications within business and procurement environments
• Basic experience with digital tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, or similar solutions, combined with a strong willingness to learn
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with additional knowledge of Power BI or similar tools as an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork in interdisciplinary environments, and very good written and spoken English
