Medical Operations Working Student (f/m/d)

General Information

As Medical Operations Working Student (f/m/d) at Medigo, you will be part of a close-knit team handling incoming medical claims and reports while providing the best possible support for the members undergoing medical treatment.

The position is available at the earliest possible date, is offered part-time as a working student (up to 20 hours per week), and is located in Berlin. We have a hybrid working model where remote work is possible.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• You are a go-to contact person for our insurance partners and their members, assisting them with questions and requests and ensuring an overall positive experience
• You support our Claims Managers with claim processing
• You contact medical providers before, during, and after admission
• You have the opportunity to impact on and help improve our processes and best practices by bringing in your own ideas
  
  

Your Profile

• You have acquired medical experience during your studies, through apprenticeships, and/or practical work.
• You are perfectly fluent in English and German. Any other languages are a big plus!
• You are a professional and empathetic communicator, a genuine and active listener, and confidently lead conversations with different stakeholders
• You are known for your extremely diligent way of working and pay a lot of attention to detail
• As an absolute team player, comfortably ask others for help, and readily offer your support wherever it is needed
