Customer Service Intern (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern for 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship.

Your tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic way
• Support Tianshi's networks across Europe through online and offline channels
• Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience
• Organize, prepare, and take part in events, meetings, and training sessions
• Support additional customer service projects as needed

Your profile

• Active enrollment in a university program (this is a mandatory internship / Pflichtpraktikum)
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1), written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Motivated team player who can also work independently
