Tasks
Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous: you will be part of the team right from the start, independently taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day business as well as in conceptual and strategic, cross-divisional HR topics.
- Gain practical experience in operational HR management by gaining insight into all core HR processes, including advising specialist departments and collaborating with employee representative bodies
- Play an active role in a variety of HR projects and become involved in key HR topics from the very beginning
- Support and help shape internal communication activities through intranet content, eBase publications, mailings, and other communication channels
- Participating in initiatives related to Learning & Development while gaining exposure to various areas of HR development and supporting the continuous improvement of training and development programs
- Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and initiatives while building a strong understanding of modern people management practices

Requirements
You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
