lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months.

We have experienced first hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. We ease this pain by shielding our partners & their customers from the underlying complexity - and with that, we make investing seamlessly accessible to everyone. Because that’s exactly what we enjoy, going to places nobody else dares and solving hard problems. Your Mission:

As our People Working Student, you will help us create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you’ll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward. You’ll also get the chance to explore talent sourcing and work with automation and AI to help us scale.

Who are you:

You are based in Berlin. You bring curiosity, structure, and communication skills to the table, and you’re motivated to build your career in People & Talent, no matter your study background. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Personio, and sourcing platforms is a plus, but more important is your drive to learn and your passion for creating great employee experiences.

You will be successful in this role if:

• You are structured, reliable and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.

• You enjoy working with data, spreadsheets and digital tools and see automation and AI as opportunities to make work smarter.

• You are a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people together (whether for onboarding, projects or events).

• You’re curious, adaptable and motivated to grow your knowledge in our international People & Talent, from operational excellence to recruiting insights.

• You are currently enrolled within a psychology, tourism, business administration, HR-related degree program.

• You are comfortable writing and speaking in German and English and bring experience in working with G-Suite, and bring curiosity for AI tools.
