WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT  


LeGer is the fastest growing personal fashion brand in Germany built around entrepreneur Lena Gercke. With the spin-off into a dedicated GmbH based in Berlin, we are scaling fast and are looking for a Working Student Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) to join our team with immediate effect.


This is not a passive support role. You will take responsibility early, work closely with multiple teams, and directly contribute to operational excellence.


YOUR TASKS 


Supply Chain Operations

  • Support the SCM team in managing inbound and outbound shipments
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and B2B partners
  • Track shipments and ensure smooth flow across the entire supply chain
  • Support sales team in ensuring timely order fulfilment
  • Assist with customs-related topics and documentation across logistics flows


Process & Execution Support

  • Maintain and update operational supply chain data and trackers
  • Support in identifying bottlenecks and improving operational workflows
  • Help automate and streamline recurring processes
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting tools


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and external logistics partners
  • Support alignment between production, warehousing, and dispatch processes
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues quickly and efficiently
  • Contribute to smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders


YOUR CORE SKILLS


  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Proactive and flexible mindset with high ownership and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and adapting quickly
  • Strong Excel skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus
  • Structured, reliable working style with attention to detail and consistency

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
