Human Resources Intern

An established hospitality business is looking for a motivated student to join the People and Culture team. The successful candidate will support the evolution of talent acquisition strategies and the enhancement of the employer brand across a diverse international portfolio. What you'll be doing

• Supporting the implementation and testing of a new enterprise applicant tracking system

• Assisting with the execution of global recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

• Designing candidate journey processes for various international locations

• Implementing AI-driven projects to optimize strategic recruitment workflows

• Analyzing recruitment KPIs to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement

What we're looking for

• Current enrollment in a degree program focused on HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• A strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex organizational processes

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Proficiency in German and English to support international operations

• An interest in modern HR technologies, including large language models and digital tools
