Are you passionate about digital and want to actively shape the digital presence of a global brand? At Hill's, you will immediately dive into exciting B2B and B2C marketing projects, work internationally, and turn your creative ideas directly into visible results. Become part of our team in Hamburg now as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Hill's Digital Marketing (up to 20h/week).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content Creation: You plan and create editorial content for our B2C and B2B social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and manage the collaboration with media agencies
  • Community & Creator Management: You support social community management and content creator management in close coordination with internal departments
  • Email Marketing Power: Help us with the conception and implementation of effective CRM campaigns
  • User Experience: You optimize the user experience of our online shops and websites and actively contribute to product data management (in cooperation with agencies & Global IT)
  • Marketing Implementation: You actively support product launches and promotions.
  • Content Creation: You design digital content (banners, assets) for our online shops and B2B partners
  • International Day-to-Day Business: You take on responsible tasks in day-to-day operations, process international inquiries, and prepare presentations

Your Profile:

  • You are enrolled as a student for at least one more year (ideally in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or Communication Sciences)
  • You have already gained initial practical marketing experience (e.g., through internships or as a working student)
  • You have a strong affinity for social media, digital media, and e-commerce
  • You bring creativity, have a sense for trends, and ideally have already worked with graphic design tools like Canva
  • You have very good analytical skills and are proficient in Google Sheets & Excel
  • Initial contact points with prompt engineering or AI-supported marketing workflows are a major plus
  • You are a team player and work in a structured and proactive manner
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
