IT Process Management Working Student

We're working with the largest distribution network operator in Germany, a 100% subsidiary of an energy corporation. This organization plays a crucial role in shaping the energy transition, improving quality of life, and strengthening regional infrastructure, ensuring reliable supply to customers around the clock, 365 days a year.

The Role

• Support the further development and conception of IT process management
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and AI initiatives
• Contribute to the analysis, prioritization, and preparation of process improvements (e.g., process backlog, continuous improvement process, organizational pain points)
• Create presentations, management briefings, and Confluence content
• Support reporting and monitoring (KPIs, dashboards, OKRs)
• Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings
  
  

What You'll Need

• Currently studying (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable field
• Interest in IT process management and IT
• Ability to prepare complex topics in a simple and structured manner
• Proficient in using AI software such as Copilot or Claude, MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence is desirable
• Initial experience with IT processes, ITIL Practices, and their tool-side implementation
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Team player with self-initiative and excellent communication skills
