As an intern, you'll work closely with our founders, gaining hands-on experience and insight into every facet of the business. Tasks
- Assist the founders in day-to-day operations and strategic planning, bringing your fresh perspective to the table.
- Conduct research and gather insights on the latest trends in staffing and recruiting, especially focusing on Gen Z talent.
- Help manage and optimize our digital presence and social media channels to connect with potential candidates and clients.
- Support the team in developing innovative strategies to improve our recruiting processes and client engagement.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering your ideas to help shape the future of GenZ4GTM.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German, with a C2 proficiency level in German.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the startup ecosystem and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with Gen Z talent and companies.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Berlin für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
