Stellenbeschreibung

FGS Global is the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm - we counsel some of the world's most influential companies and leaders through their most consequential moments: major transactions, reputation crises, high-stakes campaigns, and public affairs battles. Our Berlin team translates that work into visual language: campaigns, brand systems, presentations, social content, and digital formats that need to be precise enough for a boardroom and compelling enough for a broad audience.

We're looking for a working student to join our Berlin team immediately as Working Student Communication Design (all genders).

Your Responsibilities

    • You support project teams in the conception and implementation of design solutions within strategic communications campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
    • Working closely with experienced designers and consultants, you develop visual concepts and creative directions - spanning brand identities, internal and external campaigns, presentations, and digital formats.
    • You create a wide range of materials including infographics, social media assets, key visuals, presentation layouts, and moodboards - always with a keen eye for corporate identity and the strategic objectives of our clients.
    • You contribute to the further development of design guidelines and brand worlds, translating complex topics into visually compelling and accessible content for diverse target audiences.

What You Should Bring

    • You are enrolled in a design-related degree - Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a comparable – and are at least in your third semester.
    • You have ideally picked up some practical experience in an agency, creative studio, in-house design team.
    • You are confident in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint – and have a solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual language.
    • You in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
    • You work well in a team, take feedback seriously, and stay on top of several projects running at once.

What We Offer

    • Real project work - you'll contribute to live client briefs
    • Close collaboration with experienced designers and strategic consultants across an international team
    • Structured onboarding and genuine mentorship from day one
    • Room to bring your own ideas and help shape how we work
    • A small Berlin team where your work is seen and your input matters
    • Regular feedback, craft conversations, and room to grow your design voice
    • Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely up to two days per week

You don’t meet every single requirement? Don’t worry! Studies have shown that some groups, such as women or people of color, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. At FGS Global, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you’re excited about this role and our company, but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or another role.

We look forward to receiving your application. Please include a cover letter, your portfolio and CV.

Do you have further questions about the position, FGS Global, or beyond?
