Your Role
As a Working Student in Content Production & Editing you will support us in creating clearly structured, user-friendly content for our digital platforms.
Your Tasks Will Include
- Writing, editing & structuring texts in English and/or German for our internal and external portals
- Adapting complex technical information into clear, user-centric wording (microcopy, help texts, UX copy, FAQs)
- Supporting the creation of user guides, manuals, how‑tos & knowledge articles based on input from subject matter experts
- Reviewing and refining existing content regarding language, tonality, consistency & clarity
- Supporting the preparation of presentations & internal communication materials for the CX & Digital Platforms team
- Assisting with content planning & coordination, e.g. structuring topics, preparing drafts & managing smaller content packages
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication studies, linguistics, media studies, journalism, translation or a comparable field
- You enjoy writing & editing and have a strong feel for language, structure & clear messaging
- You have first experience in creating texts for digital channels (e.g. websites, blogs, social media, newsletters) or a strong motivation to build these skills
- Ideally, you bring basic knowledge of UX writing, content design or technical communication, or you are keen to learn more in these areas
- You are fluent in German and English and feel confident working in an international team
- You work reliably, structured & independently and like to take ownership of your topics
- Experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress, Typo3, Censhare or similar) is a plus, but not a must

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
