Working Student IT - Service Desk & Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

Support our employees with first-level IT queries and help resolve issues related to hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.

Take care of the preparation and configuration of laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment, as well as their deployment and maintenance.

Contribute to our IT asset management by keeping inventories up to date, tracking devices, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Support our employees throughout IT-related onboarding and offboarding processes.
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

You are passionate about IT and interested in modern technologies.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with creating flow diagrams is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English skills.A detail-oriented and proactive approach, combined with motivation and a hands-on mentality.
- Nice to have: experience with reporting or dashboard creation and theoretical or practical knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
