Our Office IT Team is looking for a Working Student Technology Specialist (f/m/d) who will support our daily IT operations and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in IT support, hardware management, and device maintenance while working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • You help with ordering and managing IT hardware (laptops, monitors, accessories, etc.)
  • You assist in setting up and configuring devices for new employees
  • You keep an eye on our inventory to make sure everything’s in stock and tracked properly
  • You support the team in maintaining devices and keeping them in good condition
  • You are the first point of contact for basic IT support requests (1st Level), helping your colleagues with hardware and software issues

Requirements

You don’t have to know everything, we’ll support your learning! But here are some things that will help you succeed:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying information technology, computer science. Students from other fields are also welcome to apply
  • You’ve had some experience with IT support or troubleshooting (even informally at university or in internships)
  • You’re familiar with setting up or maintaining PCs, laptops, and other tech equipment
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team
  • You speak English fluently and have at least an intermediate level of German
  • You’re able to come into the office at least 2 days per week, mainly for hardware-related tasks

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
