Your Responsibilities

At Blackwave, teams work across multiple locations with different systems and devices. We need IT that is reliable, secure and well organized to support our growing organization.

The What

• Support of Microsoft 365, user accounts and endpoints
• Support with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Setup, distribution and lifecycle management of IT hardware
• Handling day-to-day IT requests and technical issues
• Documentation and standardization of IT processes
• Implementation of basic IT security measures
• Maintenance of IT assets
• Support in standardizing our IT across multiple locations
• Collaboration with external IT service providers
• Gradual ownership of tasks and areas of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience with IT, Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware or networks is a plus
• Ideally, first experience with Entra ID / Azure AD or Intune
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of solving problems independently
• Structured, reliable way of working and good documentation skills
• Strong team spirit and a service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and interest in IT Operations and Security
• English at least B2, German is a plus
• Willingness to work regularly on-site

About Us

Blackwave designs, manufactures and ships flight-qualified, commercial off-the-shelf composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) for launch vehicles and satellites.
