Stellenbeschreibung

We are hiring: Private Equity Intern — Munich

We are looking for an exceptional intern to join us immediately in Munich and support the build-up of COREH Care Holding, an integrated care buy and built platform.

This is not a standard internship.

We are building a platform from the ground up, working on live transactions, financing processes, data rooms, investment materials, restructuring situations and operational value creation. The pace is high, the workload is real, and the expectations are demanding.

You will work directly with the management team and will be expected to contribute from day one.

What you will work on:

  • Supporting live acquisition processes, due diligence and execution workstreams
  • Preparing investment memoranda, teasers, board materials and decision papers
  • Building and maintaining financial models, company analyses and KPI trackers
  • Preparing materials for banks, investors, advisors and transaction partners
  • Researching target companies, operators, assets, markets and competitors
  • Structuring and managing data rooms, document flows and open-point lists
  • Driving process discipline across timelines, deliverables and workstreams
  • Supporting operational special projects across the platform
  • support managing partners in day-to-day tasks

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is hungry, sharp and highly reliable.

You should be willing to work hard, learn fast and take ownership. This role is for someone who wants real exposure, real responsibility and a steep learning curve — not someone looking for a relaxed line item on their CV.

You should bring:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High resilience and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly
  • A hands-on, no-excuses attitude
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills

Ideally, first experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, real estate, healthcare or start-ups

We care less about perfect credentials and more about intensity, reliability and output.

What we offer:

  • Direct exposure to live private equity and platform-building work
  • Close collaboration with the management team
  • Real responsibility from day one
  • A demanding but highly entrepreneurial environment
  • A steep learning curve across transactions, financing, restructuring and operations
  • Potential longer-term opportunities for outstanding performers

Start: immediately

Duration: ideally 3–6 months

Location: Munich

This role is demanding. You will be expected to push, think ahead, take ownership and put in the hours when needed.

But if you want to learn how real transactions, financing and platform-building work from the inside — this is a rare opportunity.
