For a temporary project (3–6 months), we are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to support data management and data quality activities within our international business environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and update of product and customer master data
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
- Help monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies
- Support reporting activities and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments
- Contribute to operational and project-related tasks in an international setup
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong affinity for data, processes, and structured ways of working
- First practical experience through internships or working student positions is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; first experience with ERP systems is beneficial
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive personality
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage but not mandatory
- Available to start asap for 15–20 hours per week
- Based within commuting distance of Mannheim

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
